MASTER PLANNED COMMUNITIES
The Greater Las Vegas area and Clark County offer some of the most highly sought after Master Planned Communities in the country. Master Planned Communities offer amenities like beautiful parks that may have jogging, hiking or bike trails, off-leash areas for dogs, skate park areas, volley-ball courts, tennis courts or basket ball courts, softball fields, and lots of green grass for running and playing soccer, or just getting together for a picnic. Other amenities may include shopping centers close by with specialized shops, boutiques, and ecclectic restaurants.
